14 days, no questions asked
If a template or the all-access pass is not what you needed, you get the whole payment back. You do not have to tell us why.
How to ask
Write to hello@cardzo.co.in within 14 days of buying, from the email address you bought with, and say which template or pass it was. That is all.
We issue the refund through Stripe, our payment provider, to the card you paid with, for the full amount. Stripe emails you a confirmation; how long the money takes to show depends on your bank, usually five to ten business days.
When the refund is issued, your GitHub account is removed from the template's private repository (or the pending invitation is withdrawn), any download link we sent stops working, and with it goes the licence to build new sites from that template. For the all-access pass this applies to every template repository.
The yearly all-access pass can be cancelled at any time: write to hello@cardzo.co.in and it stops renewing. Access ends when the paid year runs out.
After 14 days
If something is broken in a template after that, write anyway. A bug in a template is ours to fix, and fixes reach every buyer through the repository.
